Had a crash a while ago, and broken an arm and a prop. The motor seemed ok.
Have since rebuilt, and have noticed a slight yaw when accelerating - especailly straight up. Also noticed some on/off vibes noises in my last video, and now tonight as well, with no props on. Coming from the motor that was on the broken prop and broken arm.
Tried to recalibrate the ESC's, and it keeps failing (T-motor 30A opto pros). T motor don't exactly publish their beep sequences, but they've auto-calibrated no problem in the past.
Is my duff motor effecting ESCauto-calibration?

Ok, a bit of a bump on this thread, because there's an update and no replies yet.
Update:
I do the normal "throttle up/down" thing for full auto calibration, and still no joy. Simply refuses to set the minimum end point.
Then, by accident and trial and error, I noticed something.
After the music tones for the "full auto" method, with throttle still full up, I get this:
- 1 beep
- 2 beeps
- 3 beeps
- 4 beeps
..and then a low beep.
If you leave the throttle up, it continues in this loop, then eventually does a full reset.
However... if you move the throttle down after the low beep, you get this:
- 1 beep
- 2 beeps
- 3 beeps
..and then a low beep.
And it will repeat this behavior.
I did the motor test from the CLI, and all motors spin in the right order, and the right way.
My theory: You get a beep for each endpoint (this is a quad). But one of the ESC's is refusing to set it's throttle minimum end point. Which explains why I can't do "full auto" calibration, and why I get 4 beeps at full throttle, but on the 3 on minimum.
I have no evidence to back this up, and can find nothing on the internet about T-motor ESC beep sequences. But would this be good theory to follow up? I'll need to dismantle the whole thing and do one ESC at a time, if I'm on the right track. Something I've resigned myself to, to be honest.
It should be noted that it's unflyable right now; hold it in your hand and it's like its got no P (wallows, levelling is extremely weak etc), and also too much P! (it's got a severe wobble).
