Elevator up in flight modes

I am flying an EZ Star with an APM and the latest software that came out today.  Whenever I switch to Stabilize, FBW or RTL, the elevator goes full up.  This happens on the bench or in the air.  GCS shows the aircraft to be level.  Surfaces still try to correct for roll or pitch, but it's like the elevator has an offset from center.

 

Any ideas?

    Update: After troubleshooting, swapping the shield out and swapping the APM out we have narrowed the issue down to the APM. 

    Dip switches were not set for elevon mixing, and reviewing the servo movenents/commands on the GCS Raw Sensor View Radio tab did not indicate any mixing.  Both shields appear to work with the second APM.

    I am going to move on with the second APM but I would still like to continue troubleshooting the first one.

    Do a CLI reset of the board, then go through the radio setup again.
