error download log from mission planner

hello everyone. im using mission planner to complete my degree. 

my mission planner give this command when i want to download my log.

Getting list of log files...
Error:System.TimeoutException: Timeout on read - GetLogEntry
at MissionPlanner.MAVLinkInterface.GetLogEntry(UInt16 startno, UInt16 endno)
at MissionPlanner.MAVLinkInterface.GetLogList()
at MissionPlanner.Log.LogDownloadMavLink.<LoadLogList>b__12_0()

do anyone have idea what i must do? btw im using mission planner version 1.3.49
