Hello
I received my new APM2.5 like 3 days ago.
Some background about this build... I am using the frame I was using before for my ELEV-8 quadcopter which included a Hoverfy SPORT flight controller.
The manual for the hoverfly said that I had to calibrate the ESC's to use Ni-xx mode as battery type instead of Li-xx mode
I am using Turnigy Plush 30A ESC's.
I wonder if I have to change the battery type to Li-xx for the APM2.5 or if it's ok to keep using it on Ni-xx battery type. (I already modified to use batt type Li-xx, but I am not sure if this could be one of the reasons why I am still not able to arm the motors)
Thank you! :)

Leave the esc set for Ni but would not effect the arming.....try ruder to left......make sure the right mode is set in the transmitter
