ESC calibration issue

During the calibration of the ESCs we are able to get our motors to spin, however when we unplug the battery, the calibration does not hold. We are unable to spin the motors unless we go through the ESC calibration every time. We tried to follow the process outlined in the manual but unfortunately have been unable to make progress.

Our ESCs are all spinning at the right time and we are using an APM 2.5 board. Any assistance would be much appreciated

Are you using CLI to spin the motors? Using test motors?
