I'm using Jdrones and I have follow the instructions according to https://code.google.com/p/arducopter/wiki/AC2_First but it always failed to finish the ESC calibration after the arming. Any ideas?

Update: I had considered the problem to be either from the APM 2.5, PCB or the ESCs. So far I had tried replacing the APM 2.5 but to no avail which rules out the APM 2.5 having issue.
