After many successful flights (congrats, 3DR team!) of my APM2 quad, a problem suddenly cropped up and my quad is grounded.
When I hook up the lipo and the APM2 is finished its boot sequence, one of the propellers begins to "twitch", and emit low volume beeps. To make matters worse, this same prop sometimes will spin up on its own, before the ESC's are even armed.
I have uploaded new firmware, re-calibrated the ESC's and done all of the setup sequences over and over, ad nauseum.
Is this a simple case of a shot ESC?

Got everything deciphered, flight is nearly flawless and ESC is behaving after firmware upgrade to 2.5
But thanks loads for all the help, anyhow.
