I have 4 Aeolianmotor EV-40A Brushless ESC Aircraft Helicopter BEC 3A Programable.4 ,3536 1250KV motors and 4 12"propellers can anyone advice on them if they can work to together and what else would I need for my quadrocopter to fly.

Depending on you battery, 12" is most likely to big for a 1250kv motor. At 1250KV you want a 2S lipo for 12" props. (10" - 3S lipo, 8" - 4S lipo). Also remember that two of the four propellers has to be counter-rotating (pushers).
