 I have quite a big problem. I just finished my diy quad, and I tried to calibrate my ESCs.

I follow step by step the calibration process and everything seems fine.When I give my drone its max throttle, it works great. 

So I unplug the battery and disconnect the controller, I unplug the battery again ready to fly. I disarm the ESCs, and when I give it a maximum throttle, it is only working at approximately half their total speed. The props are not going fast enough so the drone can fly.

I do not know why this is happening. I have been thinking in reseting the whole thing and starting all over again.
