I am a new UAV builder designer and would like to know IF there is any problems exporting the APM2 and associated hardware and software to Canada and other countries, I am about to place an order and I dont want to lose it at the customs.

I sell most of what you need right here in Canada my friend... you can even do local pickup to save on cost! :)
