I have a question regarding the throttle Failsafe option;
if I have (in Mission Planner) the Failsafe option set to the "continue with mission in auto mode”,
will the Failsafe work if I am not in auto mode?
What would happen, Land, RTL or nothing?

Yes, with that option it will still trigger if you're in land, rtl, stabilize, etc. Perhaps we had a hard time with the wording because we had a limited number of characters but basically it means "rtl for all flight modes except auto. in auto it will continue with the mission".
