The failsafe setting, when it says "come home in AUTO, LOITER" I presume that it mean it will ignore all other waypoints and just come home. If it flew out of range & entered into the failsafe condition, once it comes back into range, will it not see the old condition and re-enter that, or will it override that and come home in AUTO anyway?
The ConfigTool development seems to have stalled, what is everyone using to input waypoints into AP?
Are there any further plans to develop AP further? Jason you mentioned in a PM some changes you were making. How's that coming on? Any chance of getting some altitude control with elevator rather than just with throttle?
Thanks

I think Jason is best to answer this, since he coded that last version.
I am not expecting that the core Ardu* team will be taking classic ArduPilot much further, since we're so focused on the APM platform and IMUs (we may port it over to APM libraries, but even that is a relatively low priority at the moment). But one of the virtues of an open source project is that others can take the code over do with it as they wish.
Since you've invested a lot of time on this platform and understand it well, you might want to consider proposing an effort to have the community take it over, much as we worked with the ArduPirates to take over ArduCopterNG. We'd be happy to work with a team to bring them up to speed.
