FBW roll/pitch authority

Hello All,

Got a chance to put my thermopile plane with 2.6 in the air today.

In FBW_A I do not have enough authority of the roll/pitch.

I've got the stabilization dialed in pretty well, but need to improve WP nav response, and FBW authority.  My AUTO nudge authority is fine.

Any tips on where to start looking?

    Graham, did you ever find a fix for "lack of authority in FBW" using 2.6?

    I posted my latest findings for Doug in another thread, but remembered that you had similar issues.

    There used to be a "#define FLY_BY_WIRE_GAIN_ROLL xx" but I don't know what happened to it. I have the same problem of not enough control authority in FBW mode.

    I didn't want to increase "#define HEAD_MAX" as I thought that will affect other modes too

    Sorry all....I'd like to bump this one....can't quite figure the authority out yet....
