Any advice on how to make the quad fly a tighter track?
Iv also attached the .kmz file which doesnt display properly on my pc??? Any ideas why?

Do you have the internal log output? That's much better for debugging than tlogs to kmz.
You may need to fly a bit to get your compass right.
Speed, wp distance, wind and gains may all be a factor. We should be able to tune it much tighter.
