  • Based on ecalc this thing should not fly.  Motors too fast and battery too small for weight of copter.

     

    • So how do you explain it flying?  Cause it does fly.  Im going to change over to bigger motors (600kv-700kv) also with 12" props in the near future.

      • Based on ecalc I found that using 800kv and running two 5100 3s batteries seems to hit the sweet spot.  should get air time around 15 minutes compared to your 5 minutes.

        Have not built the copter yet but you may find this helpful.
