first test of ardu failed...

hello,im a newbie and i have build my ardu today.i have ardu + shield + IR.NO GPS at the moment (ublox out of stock).my RC is LRS from t. scherrer....i have load code 2.4.3 and easyglider.h file.upload was ok...problem: i connect my rx to the ardu.aileron to 1, elevator to 2, esc to 3 and ch6. to ctrli can switched the modes.but the servo´s making nothing ! if i switched the mode to RTL or navigation servo moving a little..no response when I move the stickswhat is wrong ???MUST i connect a GPS to make a first test ??? or have the ardu a problem with the LRS-rc ???rg ollips: sorry for bad english :-)

    Yes, with no GPS connected it should be in fly-by-wire mode. See the manual for more...

    I believe that the lack of a GPS essentially puts it in the "fly by wire" mode (stabilization only) when switched to Ardupilot navigation mode.
