Flight Controller need

Hi everyone !

So I'm building my first drone and I'm kinda drown in all the technical specifities. I've found this build which seems easy enough :

And so I was wondering some things before buying, like if I buy this flight controller (which is cheaper) : 

30,5 mm HAKRC F722 DJI Version 3 ~ 6S Flight Controller FPV Multirotor Compatible avec DJI Air Unit
can the drone fly with this ? 
Also do I need to buy goggles and a controller, or can I just monitor it from my laptop ?
