flight controller software / planning easy missions

hello 

i hope that you can answer my questions as soon as possible cuz i'm running out of time.

1/--which is the most : SIMPLE(code) , STABLE , ARDUINO COMPATIBLE  open  source flight controller  software for quadcopters

2/ what is the method used to program missions for a quadcopter (without gps , in a small room ) , based on raspberry pi 3 for computer vision and autonomous behaviour and an arduino mega 2560 as a flight controller ?

i mean by mission : simple stuff like  go straight ( 3m) turn right and continue for ( 2m ) ... controlling it with computer GUI via wifi (selecting which mission to run from the computer gui )

i really appreciate answers at this critical time .
