Flight modes missing

I am building a 650 quad and I am using a hobby King pixhawk type controller. The build went great until I started to configure the flight modes. The mode box will not populate it just show blank boxes. I upgraded my mission planner and loaded 3.2.1 firmware on the controller and still nothing. Everything else loaded and calibrated perfectly. Appreciate any help I am stumped,

    Are you able to calibrate your radio?

    Perhaps your px4io is stuck with an older firmware. Can you power your pixhawk with the switch pressed to force the upgrade on the PX4IO?

      Yes thank you. I reloaded the firmware and the modes reappeared and loaded successfully.  Now the SRO values for the teensy 3.1 will not stay loaded after writing parameters. This newer mission planner seems to have some issues.
