Has anyone attempted to integrate the FMA Co-pilot II sensors with ArduPilot? I ordered a set of these without realizing that they had a different interface than CPD4. The connector looks like a servo connector with 3 wires: black, red, and white. Can somebody point me in the right direction for integrating these? What interface is most likely being used? SPI, I2C, something else?

I think they are using MLX90614 thermopile sensor, which have both I2C kind of output and PWM output. Seems like FMA is using PWM output, that's why its 3 pin interface (+V, GND and PWM output).
I think that I read a response to that question here on the Forum and the answer was no, not directly. I suspect that the output of the Co-pilot II sensors is either a voltage that is proportional to the sensor response or a pulse width modulated signal that is proportional to the sensor response. That doesn't mean that it could not be hacked in some fashion to work, but it might not be worth the effort.
