There are few app (Android/IOS) and others desktop software to do that. But easy, is through MP.
In Mission Planner, on mission planner tab--> right click--> map toll--> camera.
In these menu, could you insert your Cam model, add your Cam settings (focal lenght, width/height in pixel etc), clear sidelap and overlap to zero, inserting your AGL and you should have your FOV vertical/horizontal.

Try this: GSD (ground sample distance or resolution/pixel) = Pixel size X AGL / Focal length where:
Pixel size = focal plane width or height (in mm) / focal plane # of pixels in either width or height,
AGL = elevation above ground in meters,
Focal length in mm.
Additionally the frame size on the ground is GSD x focal plane # of pixels in either width or height.
