I'm starting to design a tricopter and I want FPV video and control to use one RF link (probably 900MHz). I'll use a dsPic on both ends to run the codecs. I need a radio though that can do at least 500-1000bits/s over at least a few km. Does anyone have any suggestions for board level or oem module that can do this?Thanks for any tips!

Did you looked at the Xbee technology or similar rf equipment?
