FPV with 1.2/1.3 G

Hi,

There r many sites and options on 1.3g fpv systems. I have searched hobbywireless, readymaderc, ebay, hobbykings etc..
Any suggestions on better vtx/rtx set tested reliably? Some are saying don't buy this and that etc..(referring to the brands)
Looking for a purchasing advice?
And what about the filters if I use 2.4g for rc?
N I have noted that some are saying that it is hard to set up 1.3g fpv system compared to 5.8g fpv.what could be the possible reason for this if I purchase a complete set like below

    Don't use 2.4 RC with 1.2/1.3 video. Even with filters, it's just a bad idea. Either go with a 433 UHF LRS, or use 5.8 video.
    Anything from RMRC or Hobbywireless will be quality gear. Avoid bay or HK for video gear.
