Hi All,
A fresh install of MP 1.2.99 appears to be missing the "install custom firmware" function in the Initial Setup "Install Firmware" Window.

Those options have been hidden from the Install firmware tab for a several releases unless the Advanced View is selected in the Config/ Setup ->Planner tab
It might but the plethora of options currently available confuses a lot of people too.
Expect an even simpler view in the upcoming releases of Mission planner targeting brand new users

Might this not confuse a novice who has seen the "install custom firmware" on a fiend's computer, does a fresh install of MP 1.2.99 and cannot find the "install custom firmware"?
Since I update MP, I have never had this issue occur, but a friend of mine was totally at a loss as to why it did not appear in the "Install Firmware" window because he had seen it on another user's PC.
Maybe there should be a Release Notes synopsis on the Download page of major changes such as this one?
