Fried APM board?

I got to the point where I had calibrated all my ESC's. I then unplugged the imu board from the computer and plugged in the four wire connector that connects the apm and imu. I tried testing the motors, arming etc with the lipo battery plugged in and they just kept beeping... I then went and tested the voltage from my APM board to my receiver and nothing..

So my APM board is not putting voltage out at all to those pins.. Any idea how I can confirm if I've fried it? Thanks

The APM board will never put out voltage on those RC pins by itself. The only power for those pins comes from your own ESC/Lipo. So if you've got an Lipo and ESC plugged in and you still don't see any voltage on those pins, you've got a wiring problem on your power distribution board or a dead ESC. Nothing to do with APM.
