i HAVE AN IRIS+ and my gimbal is always facing down. Even in follow me mode. It doesnt centered towards the object to be followed. Some oneplease help

thanks for your reply. Actually the Gimbal powers up and stabilizes.
I don't know about the singal. Becuase I tried to power on the drone with my transmitter switched off. even then it still faces down.
Moreover even when i tilt the camera using the ch7 knob, if I rotate towards clockwise direction the camera faces up for a moment but again it comes back to facing down it doesnt stay there. I dont know why?
