I am having a problem with the GPS that I am guessing is a simple noob mistake. When I switch from stabilize to loiter or RTL the quad does not respond, it flies like it is still in stabilize. The blue light on the GPS is solid, and the red light on the oil pan is solid. I am confident that my three position switch is plugged into input 5 on the apm and loiter and RTL are assigned to it. The quad otherwise flies ok. Have I missed something obvious here, like "enable gps" lol. I am away from my quad until friday but I would really appreciate some input as this is eating me up.

OK, I figured out what the problem was, I assigned Loiter and RTL to mode 2 and 3, I after viewing the PWM output I should have assigned to modes 4 and 6. Oops. Now to tune those PID's, its all over the place in those modes, but at least its working! Thanks for the help!
