GPS Needs Reconnecting To Pc Everyday Otherwise It Wont Lock

Need Some Help Here, I Have A Neo-6m And It Is Misbehaving, Everyday I Have To Connect It Directly To My Pc Untill It Gets A Lock, If I Do Not Do This, I Will Not Get a Gps Lock ?

My theory Is The Gps Has No  Internal Clock So Come Midnight It Cannot Use The Sattelites 

then By Connecting The gps Directly To The Pc And U-center, Its Time Is Updated

    No this is not so because even with the GPS powered on the whole night via USB power to the ardumega it will loose lock around midnight
