Is there any problem with small scratches on the top of the GPS. I'm assuming the antenna is the large square part or is it the small circle in the middle?
I got two of these today and one has scratches and other less. I am replacing one that I'm having trouble with. It reads 8-9 sats and then goes to 0 and back again. It has scratches also but has also been in some crashes so may have problems because of that.
I usually put conformal coating on all my boards and the GPS I use clear shrink wrap. Is there any problem with that interfering with reception?

Did a flight with the new GPS and had great results. Also I just installed 2.0.50 and the quad really flew much smoother. Tomorrow I will see how loiter holds.
