I've been testing my new setup all day trying to sort out some problems, but now by uBlox GPS seems to have stopped working.

I noticed it seemed to be getting very warm, and wasn't sure if this was in any way usual. Now i've noticed that the blue light on the APM2.5 flashes fast when i first give it power, but then it goes out and i have no blue light at all. And i obviously can't get GPS lock.

The Mission Planner also indicates no GPS lock.

Any ideas what's happened to my GPS unit?? The GPS unit seems to have power still as it still has a red LED which works - so i'm guessing it's not completely fried.
