Ground Control Points

I wonder if anybody can help me please. I have put down GCP's over an area that I want to do an Aerial Survey off. These Points are all clearly marked and they have been fixed using a GPS Base Station and a Rover, giving me accuracies of better than 10mm on all three axis. I have no problem in using these GCP's in either Photoscan or Pix4D to process my images.

Now here is my problem: I have picked up additional Topo Shots with the Rover over the area at random positions, which are not in any way marked on the ground. Is there a way that I could use these "Topo" Shots in Photoscan or Pix4D as additional control points, once the program has used my original GCP for the initial processing? Something like an "Auto Place" command?

Regards

Michael
