H-Frame twist when yaw

My DIY H-Frame for a quad-x is twisting when I try to yaw. The frame is made by balsa wood, even the arms, see pictures. I did glue 2 layers of balsa (both body and arms) and looks pretty strong and no vibration. And costs me 10$.

The weight of the frame without electronics and motors less than 200g. All x-quad with all equipped electronics (APM2), motors, ESC, telemetry, etc and GoPro Hero with original case! is 1075g! Motors are 1100 and length of each arm is 9inch (it looks as a 18inch x 18 inch.

I am wondering how the props are making the yaw turn, I believe 2 of them rotates at a highest speed for making the yaw turn.

I am habituated with heli flying and maybe I did force the yaw too much.

Is anything I need to pay attention when using a H-Frame for a quad-x?
