I'm curious as to whether or not using a wireless HDTV transmitter/receiver (such as a Actiontec MyWirelessTV2 Wireless HD Video Kit, link: http://www.actiontec.com/324.html ) would be possible to get a decent HD video feed. Most other HD streaming options, like the dji lightbridge, cost over $1000. Many of these wireless HDTV streaming cost under $200, albeit with a much reduced range of around 100-150ft. Is there any way to increase the transmission range, like using a more powerful transmitter instead of the one in the device, that would still satisfy FCC transmission regulations for 5ghz bands for someone without an amateur radio license?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
