Hello everyone,
I recently went to go and fly my 3d robotics quad after assembling it, and I couldn't get the copter off the ground. It seems almost like something is tethering it to the ground. The only thing that I can imagine being wrong is my battery. I have a Turnigy 4000mAh 4.0 20-30c lipo. As far as I can tell, there is nothing wrong with it, but you guys will probably tell me otherwise. Please help me.

Wessie,
No need for the close up photo batt. It is 3 S 11.1v. Look at the balancer cable and see the number of wires ( 4).:).
Issac , pls do post the close up of the quad and if possible of the props rotating slowing/spooling. Looks from your video that at least two props are generating lift ( right two), however the left back prop isn't doing the job. Either it is wrong or motor is connected wrong or your are not applying enough throttle. You might be affraid but try it,( you can even tie/teather the quad with a piece of string if you are worried about it flying away or flipping over)
@Isaac,
Have you followed these Arducopter Wiki instructions to ensure that the motors and the props are turning in the right direction and are of the correct pitch (tractor vs pusher): http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/motor-setup/ You can also use the CLI in the Terminal Mode to check your motors and props: http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/common-cli-setup-test-modes/
