Our hexa arducopter flips instantly after take-off regardless of flying by remote or telemetry. It's been through a couple crashes but everything seems fine and pre-flight checks are OK.

Someone posted this about flipping a while back but we've double-checked this list and all seems OK:
"Flipping is almost always a case of either crossed up RX inputs to the APM, or crossed up ESC selections from the APM, or wrong motor directions, or props on wrong (motor or upside down), or TX switches requiring a reversal, or a combination of any of the previous."
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Dataflash log would help. Have you done the 'motors' test? Verified the frame mode 'X' vs '+'?
