    The Ardu IMU is not a flight controler by himself. It is a stand alone IMU for integration in a full controler system.


    You need an APM board + Oilpan IMU + GPS + Magnetometer and optionnaly a Sonar for low altitude stabilisation (< 7m).

    Are you planning to build and code the controller from scratch?

    Or would it be ok to get APM+oilpan+gps+magnetometer (and maybe Xbee?) and use the ArduCopter firmware?
