Hexacopter sinks in Alt Hold and Loiter Modes

Hi Randy,

My hexacopter (3.0.1) is now fantastically stable in the hover when in "Stable" mode. It holds altitude nicely. When I switch to "Althold" or "Loiter" the hex remains stable (in pitch and roll) but sinks very slowly towards the ground even though it was set for a stable hover before being switched into these two modes. Is there a parameter to adjust for this?

    Barry,

Normally this is caused by not having the throttle stick in the middle while you're in AltHold or Loiter.  It's very common and the solution is not to fix alt hold or loiter but to adjust the mid position of the stick while you're in stabilize.  Details of adjusting the throttle mid parameter are here on the wiki.
