HI all I have built a simple x525 configuration currently have a kk boards v5.5 on board...
I have just received my ardupilot 2.6 with ex gps compass. i have managed to upload firmware for quadcopter from AP> software via usb....I need to go into initial setup......but it appears i can only setup firmware to unit via built in micro usb.
I guess I overlooked to order another interface to allow me to set up the drone..
any help welcome from this point would be welcome......
At this stage i would be happy to just use the arducopter as flight control board and then look at setting up missions after this.
Note I Use osx (Mac) If anyone has done a similar build blog with set by step set up i would appreciate a link......
also what usb adapter do i need to set up...?
I have taranis tx with x8r receiver.....

Oh well simple mistake unplugged the usb programming lead and the usb option re appeared on the drop down menu.
Happy setting up the system now.
Just need a few thoughts on mounting the gps/compass module on the x525 frame
