Hey guys,
I'm new to the quadcopter field and this is my first post in DIY ! :)
I've been working on my university project which is this home made drone:
All the hardware(uC ColdfireMCF5213, motor driver here ) was already setup and I just have to code it to make it fly.
Problem: when I set the same PWM (120/255) on each motor they don't react the same at all ! Two opposites spin at about the same speed, another one spins a little slower and the last one does not start or does some weird sounds like "dude I'm so close to spinning, but I won't". If I set a higher PWM the problem seems to disappear, or get lost in too much spin.
Could there be a problem in the motors themselves? Although a 120 PWM is slow I would expect them to react exactly the same !
Has anyone a clue? Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
