How can I see raw IMU data?

Hi!

I was wondering if there's a way for me to view raw IMU data in Mission Planner flight logs? I'm working on my own EKF to calculate the quadcopter Attitude. In order to test it out, I'd like to plug the raw IMU data into my EKF and compare the results with the Attitude in the flight log. I just can't seem to find the raw IMU data...
