I am wondering how the APM2 will react on a twins motors airplane, when one motor is down (completely or partially).
Will the rudder and ailerons trying to compensate this and keep the plane on stabilized mode? Will Auto mode also work?

APM's roll, pitch and yaw controllers will integrate out any steady disturbance like that, if there is an I term set and imax is high enough.
However, flight characteristics with enough integrator to do anything useful are poor, something that I am working to get changed
