i have designed the link for UAV which operates on 900-1200MHz, the range is 25 meters. Now i want to increase the range of this radio link to 80 meters. Kindly tell me what should i do.

900 through 1200 MHz? How do you square that with radio regulations? (Different users are allocated different frequency bands, and they don't take kindly to interfering users...)
For adding range to any radio link, you are interested in improving your "link margin". Your key variables are transmitted power, gain (directionality of your antennas), and receiver sensitivity. I recommend the ARRL Handbook as a useful guide for understanding frequency allocation, link budgets, and how to design radios and antennas. (I think RSGB also has one, but I haven't seen it.)
