How to know if I have a gap in telemetry log file?

I am wondering which is the easiest way to see where is a gap (missing data) in telemetry log file (when MP says: Warning, not data for 4 sec..."

One way would be to look at first column in TLog (exported as cvs or txt) and see if there is some mission time (as seconds), but this is hard to find.

Also in MP, Status tab (under HUD) , there is a variable LinkQualityGCS which gives the telemetry % or top-right corner of the HUD. I could use that too, but I did not find it on TLog.

I need to know in which time frame I did have a lost telemetry.

Any suggestion is welcome.
