How to stream the video from my drone to the Internet ?

Hi there,

I'd like to share my flight in realtime with friends over internet. So I'm wondering the best way to stream the video via the 3G network.

Any experience on that ?

I'm looking for an embeded solution with my android phone, but I could use a laptop if necessary.

I do not not find an easy way so far.

    Hi,

    In case of you already have a FPV system on your drone:

    I would just plug my FPV RX to my laptop video input (or using an USB video grabber)

    Then upload your stream video directly to youtube or equivalent.

    It's much easier to connect your laptop to 3G network (share your smartphone network it via wifi or USB).

    The only issue with this is the video quality won't be that good because of the USB video grabber resolution and the TX/RX FPV link.

    But anyways, you would not be able to stream high resolution video with 3G connection.

    If you don't have fpv system, risk your smartphone and put it on the drone, that's the easiest way!
