I'm getting ready to build my first 250mm

I have questions on how to set my esc distribution board up and how do I program aMultiWii SE V2.5 Flight Control Board do I need software or hardware to do this ? And last thing before asking u to come over and give me a had . how does the controller set up work thanks for the opportunity to post.
