I need advice on which quadcopter to buy if I want to have access to the code and program the autopilot system.  I don't need the best sensor available, the average one will be enough.  I need at lease the AHRS and GPS sensors.  Budget is also an important aspect.

My job is programming autopilot system for airplane and helicopter simulator for pilot training. I need a new hobby and I want to see what functionality I will be able to add to a quadcopter.
