Hello all folks, Thank you for your reply in advance
And Im sorry for my bad english.
I've been flying drones for a long time as a hobby, and I'm working on the automated drone charging station project.
Charging the battery when it is plugged in to pixhawk will cause problems? We've already charged it with the motor turned off, but there was no problem. But I'd like to know whether it could burn the circuit or damage the circuit parts when we charge it frequentely and for long term.

no
If you do it at the correct voltage, and supposing that your system is low power les than the charger power otput,
the power used will be equal compensated by the power suply and the battery
its a simiilar question, charging a movile phone during a call? yes you can do it
and yes i did that a lot of times
