I have arducopter v2.8 and other things but I want to make quadcopter without mission planner
so I search some information to make drone

It works in first step Reading the Radio Inputs but the second step controlling the motors doesn't work
I connect my arducopter and motor and battery for testing motor but it doesn't work
why doesn't it work?
