Hello Arducopter Community,

I just got an Maxbotix MB1242 I2CXL-MaxSonar EZ sonar.
(As free replacement for my MB1200 sent to Maxbotix, see

=> goal: better signal quality, no more hardware filtering!

Anyone tried this sensor with the arducopter 2.9.1 firmware?
In the Mission Planner, this type of sonar is not listed.
I've seen that the Arducopter source code is already prepared for I2C sonar evaluation.

Who can give me some hints what to modify in order to make it work?
