IDE Not working

Hello, I hope you can help!

 

 I need a little help with the IDE, the Config.h file seems to be locked (all other files are locked not just config) and will not allow me to remove or add the // or change any information, have I changed a setting by accident?

    You mean Arduino? Sounds like something may have been corrupted in a failed save. Download the code again into a new folder.
